10. Third-Party Suppliers and External Systems
The Services rely on third-party suppliers and global booking systems (including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, consolidators, and GDS providers such as Galileo). We do not control or assume responsibility for their pricing, availability, policies, or operational decisions.
Any changes, cancellations, delays, or price variations caused by third-party suppliers are governed solely by their terms. Our role remains limited to mediation and support.
11. System Errors and Technical Interruptions
The Services operate through digital systems, APIs, and external integrations. Technical errors, downtime, latency, or data inaccuracies may occur without prior notice.
D.T. Tours bears no liability for booking failures, duplicate transactions, price discrepancies, or service disruptions caused by system errors, maintenance, cyber incidents, or API interruptions.
In such cases, the applicable policies of the supplier or payment provider shall apply.
