• IATA Accreditation No.: 42228745
It is the exclusive entity responsible for issuing and processing all airline tickets on the Platform.
2. Dar AlTamaiz Tours
A Kuwait-licensed tour operator authorized to provide:
• Tour operator license No.: 7517/2024
It is the exclusive entity responsible for tour packages, land arrangements, excursions, and tourism programs.
3. D.T. Tours (“we”, “us”, “the Platform”)
An online commercial brand representing both licensed entities above, whereby:
• Airline tickets are issued solely by Max Travel & Tourism Co.
• Tour packages and land services are operated solely by Dar AlTamaiz Tours
By using the Platform, you agree to interact with the appropriate licensed entity based on the type of service purchased.
2. Use of Services
2.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2.2. User Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.
2.3. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
• Violate any applicable law in the State of Kuwait
• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform
• Upload viruses or harmful code
• Use the services for any unlawful purpose
3. Booking and Payment
3.1. Booking
You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
Any transaction made through your account is considered valid and binding.
3.2. Payment
All bookings require full payment.
All transactions are processed through secure electronic payment systems.
3.3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the service provider (airlines, hotels, activity operators).
All policies are displayed clearly during the booking process and must be reviewed before completing the booking.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and digital materials on the Platform are owned or licensed by us.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any content or service at all times.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Kuwaiti law, D.T. Tours shall not be liable for:
• Direct or indirect damages
• Losses resulting from technical failures
• Pricing errors
• Delays or changes by external service providers
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
Kuwaiti courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.

11. External Service Providers & Global Systems
Our services rely on external travel providers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies) and global distribution systems (GDS such as Galileo).
We do not control their policies, prices, availability, or performance.
Any changes, cancellations, or delays are subject to their terms and conditions.
Our role is strictly limited to facilitation and customer support, while the final execution of the service is subject to the provider.
12. Technical Errors & Interruptions
Technical issues, system failures, delays, or outages may occur.
We are not responsible for failed bookings, duplicate transactions, or price discrepancies resulting from such issues.
The policies of the payment gateway or the service provider will apply in the event of a technical error.
