Kuwaiti citizens are required to obtain a K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) before traveling to South Korea. Visa on arrival is not available.
The K-ETA must be applied for online at www.k-eta.go.kr and costs approximately KRW 10,000 (around USD 7.5). It is valid for multiple entries within two years or until passport expiration (whichever comes first). Travelers can stay up to 90 days per visit.
