1. Payment Terms

   • To secure your spot, a minimum of 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

   • Full payment must be completed no later than 14 days before departure.

   • Bookings without timely payment may be cancelled without notice.

2. Flight Tickets

   • The package does not include flight tickets. Clients are responsible for arranging their own flights.

   • Recommended flight details are shared to ensure schedule alignment with the tour.

3. Tour Participation & Compliance

   • All participants are expected to follow the instructions of the tour supervisor and adhere to the daily schedule.

   • Any independent tours or activities undertaken outside the group program are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

   • DT Tours is not liable for delays, risks, or incidents arising from non-compliance or personal detours.

4. Visa & Documentation

   • Visa fees (USD 50 on arrival for Kuwaiti citizens) are not included.

   • Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring valid travel documents, including passports and vaccination records if required.

5. Health & Fitness

   • Participants must be in good health and physically capable of joining all included activities.

   • DT Tours assumes no liability for medical issues or conditions during the trip.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

   • Cancellations 21 days before the trip: 50% refund.

   • Cancellations within 21 days of the trip: non-refundable.

   • No-shows on departure day will forfeit 100% of the payment.

7. Itinerary Changes

   • The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, safety, or local conditions.

   • Any modifications will be made with the group’s best interest in mind and will not be eligible for compensation.

8. Responsibility & Liability

   • DT Tours & Max Travel are not responsible for any loss, theft, delay, or injury outside the scope of booked services.

   • The company shall not be liable for any incidents resulting from force majeure events (e.g. flight cancellations, natural disasters, pandemics).

   • By confirming your booking, you accept these terms and acknowledge full understanding of your responsibilities.

Cancellation Policy – Zanzibar Ladies Tour

1. More than 21 days before departure:

   • You may cancel with a 50% refund of the total package price.

2. Between 21 and 14 days before departure:

   • No refund, but you may transfer your booking to another person (upon prior approval).

3. Less than 14 days before departure:

   • No refund or transfer is allowed due to confirmed reservations and non-refundable arrangements.

4. No-show on departure day:

   • Considered a full cancellation. 100% of the amount is forfeited.

5. Force Majeure (unforeseen events):

   • In cases such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest, we may offer a credit voucher valid for future travel, depending on the situation and supplier policies.

6. Refund Method:

   • All refunds (when applicable) are processed within 15 business days through the original payment method.

7. Bank Fees & Deductions:

   • Any refund is subject to deduction of bank transfer fees and non-refundable charges already paid to suppliers.
