Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation
   All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation. A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and a confirmation email is issued.

2. Payment Policy
   A minimum payment of 50% is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before departure. Full payment is required for bookings made less than 7 days before travel.

3. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure are eligible for a partial refund, subject to supplier cancellation fees.

   • Cancellations made within 7 days of travel are non-refundable.

   • No-show or failure to travel on the booked date will result in full forfeiture of the package amount.

4. Flight & Hotel Changes
   Any changes to flights or hotels are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The agency is not responsible for changes imposed by airline or hotel suppliers.

5. Travel Documents
   It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents are valid, including passports, visas, and health requirements.

6. Weather & Force Majeure
   The agency is not liable for any changes or cancellations caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or any force majeure event beyond our control.

7. Responsibility & Liability
   Dar AlTamaiz Tours acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any injury, loss, or delay caused by airlines, hotels, or third-party providers.

8. Special Requests
   Any special requests (e.g. meal preferences, room types, mobility needs) must be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to confirmation from service providers.
