Travelers must carry a valid Civil ID or passport during the trip:

Participants are required to arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before departure.

The bus will depart from Al-Qurain Markets parking area at the scheduled time.

Room allocation is based on double occupancy; single room requests are subject to additional charges.

Meals other than breakfast are not included and should be arranged by the participant.

Itinerary may be adjusted based on traffic, weather, or local conditions.

Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended for city tours.

DT Tours is not responsible for personal belongings lost during the trip.

The trip requires a minimum number of participants to operate.

Any special requests (e.g., dietary, medical) should be communicated at the time of booking.

Price Excludes:

The full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation.

Prices are per person, based on double occupancy.

The package is non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the trip start date.

A 50% refund applies if the cancellation is made within 7 days of the trip.

A 75% refund applies if cancelled within 20 days of the trip.

If cancelled more than 20 days before the trip, an administrative fee of KWD 15 will be deducted.

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of booking and more than 20 days before the trip, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving a written cancellation request.

DT Tours reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

Participants are responsible for their own travel documents (e.g., civil ID, passport).

The trip is subject to availability and a minimum number of participants.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund if cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking and more than 20 days before the trip.

KWD 15 administrative fee applies for cancellations made more than 20 days before the trip.

75% refund for cancellations made within 20 days of the trip.

50% refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the trip.

No refund for cancellations made within 3 days of the trip.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days upon receiving a written cancellation request.
