• On-trip assistance and support throughout the day

لا يشمل العرض ما يلي:

• الوجبات والمشروبات داخل المطاعم والمقاهي

• أي مشتريات أو تسوق شخصي خلال الرحلة

• أي أنشطة إضافية غير مذكورة في البرنامج

• أي رسوم طارئة أو طلبات خاصة خارج الخطة

• Meals and drinks at restaurants or cafés

• Any personal shopping or individual purchases

• Any extra activities not listed in the program

• Any additional fees or special requests outside the planned itinerary

• الالتزام بمواعيد التجمع والمغادرة، ولا يتم الانتظار لمن يتأخر عن الوقت المحدد

• يجب حمل إثبات هوية صالح عند السفر (بطاقة مدنية / جواز سفر) لعبور الحدود

• الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي تأخير ناتج عن الإجراءات الحدودية أو المرور

• في حال عدم الحضور بدون إشعار مسبق يُعتبر الحجز لاغيًا

• يمنع التدخين داخل الحافلة طوال الرحلة

• يحق للشركة تعديل برنامج التوقفات إذا لزم الأمر دون إشعار مسبق

• الحفاظ على النظام العام واحترام باقي المشاركين طوال الرحلة

• All participants must arrive on time at the meeting point — late arrivals will not be waited for

• A valid ID (Civil ID or Passport) is required for crossing the border

• The company is not responsible for delays caused by border control or traffic conditions

• No-show without prior notice will result in cancellation of the booking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bus

• The company reserves the right to modify stop locations or timing if necessary without prior notice

• Participants must maintain respectful behavior and follow instructions throughout the trip

• يمكن إلغاء الحجز قبل موعد الرحلة بما لا يقل عن 7 أيام دون رسوم

• في حال تم طلب الإلغاء قبل أقل من 7 أيام من موعد الرحلة يعتبر الحجز غير قابل للاسترجاع

• في حالة عدم الحضور بدون إشعار مسبق (No-Show) لا يحق للمشارك المطالبة بأي استرداد

• يحق للشركة إلغاء الرحلة في حال الظروف الخارجة عن الإرادة، مع إعادة كامل المبلغ للمشارك

 Cancellation is allowed at least 7 days before the trip date with no charges

• If cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the trip, the booking becomes non-refundable

• In case of no-show without prior notice, no refund will be issued

• The company reserves the right to cancel the trip due to force majeure, with a full refund to the participant
