Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed once the reservation has been successfully processed.
Childern
- Under 4 years free of charge.
- Up to 11 years 25 KWD.
Adults
- 12 years and above 35 KWD.
Minimum Participants
This tour requires a minimum of two (2) participants to operate.
If only one participant is booked for the tour, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, the guest will be notified in advance and offered either an alternative date or a full refund.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required to confirm the booking unless otherwise agreed by the tour operator.
Late Arrival Policy
Guests are required to be ready at the scheduled pickup time. If a guest arrives late or misses the pickup time, the tour operator will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the guest; however, participation in the tour cannot be guaranteed and additional arrangements may be subject to availability.
No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice, the booking may be considered a No-Showand the booking may be non-refundable.
Program Changes
The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary, sequence of visits, or timing of the program due to operational requirements, weather conditions, traffic, guest preferences, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Entry Tickets & Visa
Entry tickets to attractions (if applicable) and visa fees are not included in the tour price unless explicitly stated in the package details.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification documents and complying with local laws and regulations during the tour.
Force Majeure
The tour operator shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government regulations, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Guest Conduct
The tour operator reserves the right to refuse participation or continue the tour for any guest whose behavior may disrupt the experience of other guests or affect the safety and comfort of the group.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time may be eligible for a refund according to the operator’s policy.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour may be subject to cancellation fees.
