- All bookings are non-refundable if cancelled on the same day of the trip.
- Cancellation is permitted only up to 3 days prior to the travel date. After this period, the booking becomes strictly non-refundable.
- Entry tickets to Global City Dammam are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, customers may resell their tickets through the official Saudi events platform (if applicable).
- Transportation is not included in this package. It may be arranged separately upon request through our customer service.
- The customer is solely responsible for verifying all booking details including travel dates, event timing, and location.
- All entry tickets are governed by the rules and regulations of the event organizer (Global City Dammam), and the customer agrees to comply with such terms.
- No re-entry is allowed once the venue is exited.
- Outside food, beverages, and restricted items are not permitted inside the venue.
- The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to late arrivals without any refund or compensation.
- The company shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising during the trip or event.
- Any changes, postponements, or cancellations made by the event organizer are subject to the organizer’s policies and not the company’s control.
- All guests must comply with local laws, public regulations, and cultural standards of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- By confirming the booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms and conditions without exception.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation is available only if requested at least 3 days before the travel date.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of travel are non-refundable without exception.
- Same-day cancellation is strictly non-refundable.
- Global City entry tickets are non-refundable in all cases.
- Tickets may be resold by the customer through the official Saudi events platform (if applicable).
- No refund will be provided for no-show, late arrival, or unused services.
- Any cancellation or rescheduling by the event organizer will be handled according to the organizer’s policy.
