• All ticket prices are non-refundable once confirmed
• In case of no-show or late arrival, the booking will be considered used with no refund
• The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• Entry tickets are valid only for the selected date and cannot be reused
• The itinerary may be adjusted if necessary due to operational reasons
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• The company is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the trip
• Any additional services not mentioned in the inclusions will be charged separately
• By confirming the booking, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions
Cancellation Policy:
• Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled trip
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip are non-refundable
• In case of no-show, the booking will be fully charged with no refund
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days
• The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered
